Core Elements of the Game
At any given time, a player is keeping possession of the ball, scoring a goal, defending, or in the transition from one element to another. Top players strive to be strong at all three elements of the game. Each element has its own set of techniques, skills, and decisions to be made. The faster a player transitions from one element to the next, is key to playing at the highest level.
